Staying Grounded

"The secret is not to fly in the air, or to walk on the water; 

but to walk on the earth."

Spending time in nature is essential to staying grounded.  Getting out into the woods is a beautiful way to connect with the earth element.  So is spending time in an urban park or your own back yard.  Plant a  container of herbs or flowers and tend to them.   Even the smallest gesture can bring great rewards!
